1. Made-to-Order Products
- Custom Production: All items are custom-made to order, ensuring high-quality, personalized products. This process typically takes 1-4 business days for production, depending on the product type and complexity.
- No Pre-Made Inventory: Since we don’t hold pre-made stock, production begins only after your order is placed.
2. Processing Time
- Production Time: Most products require 1-4 business days for printing and preparation before shipping. Specific production times vary by product (e.g., apparel may take longer than mugs).
- Order Verification: Some orders may require additional verification for custom designs, which could slightly extend processing time. We’ll notify you if this applies.
3. Shipping Time
- Shipping Estimates: Once production is complete, shipping times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout (e.g., standard, expedited). Typical shipping times are:
- Domestic (US): 3-7 business days
- International: 7-21 business days (subject to customs delays)
- Separate Shipments for Multiple Items: If you order multiple items, they may be fulfilled by different production facilities. As a result, items may ship separately and arrive at different times.
- Carrier Information: We partner with reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL). You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
4. Multiple Item Orders
- Split Shipments: Since our products are made on-demand and may come from different facilities, multiple items in a single order may not ship together. Each item will have its own production and shipping timeline.
- Combined Shipping: Unfortunately, we cannot combine shipping for multiple items due to the nature of our fulfillment process.
5. Shipping Costs
